Action Painting Workshop mit 65 internationalen Teilnehmern in Düsseldorf. Die kreative Teambuilding Activity fand im Rahmen einer zweiwöchigen Konferenz statt.
Action Painting Düsseldorf – kreative Teambuilding Activity
Die Moderation wurde von Etelka Kovacs-Koller auf Englisch durchgeführt. Nach der Begrüßung haben alle Teilnehmer einen Overall angezogen. Frau Kovacs-Koller ließ das Mikrofon herum gehen und die Teilnehmer erklärten wann und wie sie das letzte mal gemalt haben.
Vor dem malen wurden die Teilnehmer in Gruppen eingeteilt. Wir haben im Hinblick auf den Teambuilding Aspekt berücksichtigt, dass in jedem Team mehrere Nationalitäten vertreten sind. Um die Teilnehmer bei der Gestaltung ihres Gemeinschaftsbilds zu unterstützen, hat jedes Team einen Begriff erhalten (z. B. Spiel, Chaos, Kreativität, etc.).
Jedes Team hat eine kurze Präsentation des Teampaintings durchgeführt und wurde mit dem jeweiligen Gemeinschaftsbild fotografiert.
Das Action Painting war eine willkommene Unterbrechung der zweiwöchigen Kopfarbeit. Alle Teilnehmer haben begeistert mitgemacht und gestaunt über ihre neu entdeckten Talente. Die während des Action Paintings entstandenen Bilder zieren diverse Büros von Microsoft.
